Jess Leber

Jess Leber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and scientific research within the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Ferment Co since September 2022, Jess previously held multiple leadership roles at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. from November 2015 to July 2022, including Vice President of Business Development and Director of Customer Success. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate Development Scientist and Principal Scientist at Joule Unlimited Technologies, where contributions included aligning business development with research efforts and leading teams to enhance photosynthetic efficiency.
