Ekta Viiveck Verma

Ekta Viiveck Verma (Rastogi) has diverse experience in management consulting, social impact, and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Ethics Committee Member at Fernandez Foundation since July 2023, Ekta is also a Co-Founder of Upsurge Enterprise Solutions, established in March 2020, which focuses on Management and Social Impact Consulting. As the Founder of Invisible Scars Foundation since March 2016, Ekta has made significant contributions to social advocacy. Previous roles include Strategy Head at Good Universe from January 2019 to January 2023 and Senior Project Coordinator - South at SAMVAD Advocacy from March 2012 to December 2018. Earlier experiences include business development positions at Empower Research and PharmARC Analytic Solutions. Academic qualifications comprise a B.Sc. from the University of Lucknow and completion of the ILSS Emerging Women’s Leadership Program in 2023.
