Pavitra Mohan

Pavitra Mohan currently serves as Vice-Chair at Equitable Healthcare Access Consortium since October 2023 and holds an honorary advisory position as a member of the Scientific and Program Advisory Committee for the Society for Applied Studies, Centre for Health Research and Development since December 2022. Pavitra is a member of the Board of Directors for the Fernandez Foundation since March 2021 and has been the Executive Director of Basic HealthCare Services, a not-for-profit organization focused on community-based primary health care, since January 2013. Previously, Pavitra worked as a Health Specialist at UNICEF India from March 2003 to December 2012 and held positions such as Project Officer for Health and Nutrition at Action Research and Training for Health and Coordinator for Child Health at RNT Medical College. Pavitra's academic credentials include an MPH in Health Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Doctor of Medicine from Safdarjang Hospital, and an MBBS from University College of Medical Sciences.
