Cem Alptekin is an experienced plant manager currently with Fernas Group of Companies since July 2022. Prior roles include investment consultant at Kipaş, business development manager at Norm, and various managerial positions at Vicat Group Türkiye, where responsibilities ranged from leading production and dispatch operations to managing process optimization and technical reporting. With a decade-long tenure at OYAK Çimento Beton Kağıt Grubu, Cem advanced through roles focused on process and quality control engineering, commissioning, and waste heat recovery.
