Eddie Hooper

Eddie Hooper is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in technical recruiting and strategic hiring. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Up and Ferocia Pty Ltd since March 2024, Eddie is focused on defining and executing recruitment strategies while collaborating with senior stakeholders. Previously, Eddie held roles as Lead Technical Recruiter at Cash App and Block, overseeing recruitment across North America, Australia, and Canada. Additional experience includes a notable tenure at Grubhub, Facebook, and Robert Walters, where Eddie established a technology division and earned multiple accolades for performance. Earlier ventures include founding Crazy Crocs and providing exceptional guest services at Walt Disney World. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University of Technology, along with further education at Disney University and Linköping University.
