Lauren Mutzelburg

Lauren Mutzelburg is an experienced professional in people and culture management, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Up and the People & Culture Lead at Ferocia Pty Ltd since November 2021. Prior to these roles, Lauren held various positions at Equiem from June 2015 to December 2021, including Engagement Capability Manager and State Manager for VIC, SA, and WA. Lauren's earlier experience includes serving as Territory Manager and Telesales Manager at KADAC, Senior Store Manager at G Star Raw, and multiple senior management and training roles at The Just Group from June 2003 to July 2012.
