Cesare Montefusco

Cesare Montefusco has been with Ferrara since September 1992, progressing through various roles including Senior Director of the 31st plant, Senior Operations Manager, and Operations/Lean Manager. Montefusco served as a Lean Manufacturing Coordinator and was involved in the SAP ECC6.0 implementation for all facilities. Additionally, Montefusco held the positions of Senior Sourcing Manager and International Facilities/Operations Manager, overseeing day-to-day activities and purchasing management. Most recently, from March 2021 to May 2023, Montefusco was Plant Manager at the 31st street location. Education includes a Green Belt Certification from the University of Michigan obtained in 2016.
