Joseph Malesic

Joseph Malesic is an experienced factory manager currently overseeing operations at Ferrara Candy Company since December 2018, with a background in packaging and operations management. Prior roles include several leadership positions at Nestlé from 2007 to 2018, where Joseph implemented the Nestlé Continuous Excellence methodology across multiple factories, supported TPM foundations, and led initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Joseph also has experience as a maintenance and production supervisor, as well as a continuous improvement engineer, contributing to significant cost savings and enhancements in safety and quality. Joseph began their career as an industrial engineering intern at NPC, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
