Michael Faron

Michael Faron has a diverse work experience history. Michael has held various leadership roles at Ferrara, starting as Director of Planning & Development in 2013 and eventually becoming Vice President of Operations in September 2021. Prior to Ferrara, they worked at The YoCrunch Company as Director of Business Intelligence and at Houlihan Lokey as a Financial Analyst. Michael also had roles at GE Transportation, GE Capital, and GE, where they gained experience in financial analysis and reporting.

Michael Faron earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame between 2005 and 2009. Subsequently, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategic Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
