Natasha Miller Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Natasha began their career at Nielsen in 1999 and held various roles, including Associate Client Director and Global Operations Migration Planning Lead. Natasha also served as the Program Director for the Diverse Leadership Network, where they designed a successful program focused on succession planning and talent development. Natasha then transitioned to VP roles, first as VP of Diversity & Inclusion, where they advised senior leadership on diversity and inclusion and developed mentoring relationships for select employees. Later, they became the VP of Talent Engagement & Development, responsible for global employee engagement strategies and performance management. Natasha implemented a new employee engagement vendor and collaborated with the C-suite to define the company culture narrative. Most recently, Natasha worked at Ferrara as VP of Culture and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, where they spearheaded DE&I initiatives, developed a "people, product, purpose" strategy, and created a DE&I council. Overall, Natasha's work experience demonstrates their expertise in D&I, talent development, and employee engagement at both global and executive levels.

Natasha Miller Williams holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, they have completed a Master of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
