Monique Pellegrino is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in food safety and quality management. Currently serving as Chief Food Safety & Quality Officer at Ferrero since May 2023, Monique previously held a variety of senior roles at Danone from July 2010 to August 2023, including Chief Food Safety Officer and Vice President of the Danone Food Safety Center. Prior to Danone, Monique worked at Lesaffre from December 1998 to June 2010, where roles included R&D and Innovation Director, and also contributed to the Coca-Cola Enterprises team from June 1992 to December 1998 in multiple capacities. Monique began a career with the USDA as a Project Manager in 1991. Educational credentials include an Ingénieur in Agro-alimentaire from Ecole Nationale supèrieure Agronomique de Toulouse and certification as an Auditeur certifié AFAQ / AFNOR.
