Nikita Gade

Nikita Gade is a seasoned professional in demand and supply planning, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Ferrero since May 2016. With a strong focus on S&OP, Nikita has set up the Demand Planning Function, implemented APO 3.0, and enhanced supply planning to optimize inventory and service levels. Previous roles at Ferrero include leading the Customer Service team, improving order management processes, and managing various customer service functions. Nikita’s early career includes internships and trainee positions at VVF Group and Tata Technologies, focusing on supply chain management and product lifecycle management. Nikita holds an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management and a B.Tech. in Production Engineering.
