Susan Cortley

Susan Cortley has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles, currently serving as a Yoga Instructor since May 2019. Prior to this, Susan held various senior positions at Ferrero, including Head of Human Resources for North America, where significant contributions were made to enhance organizational transparency, performance metrics, and cross-functional teamwork. In a previous role at ECI Conference Call, Susan was instrumental in strategic planning and providing HR guidance during the company's turnaround after bankruptcy. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, an MBA in Marketing Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Skidmore College.
