Brad Britland

Brad Britland has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since November 2019. Prior to this, Brad held the position of Associate Director of New Product Development at Merck from June 2008 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams in device development and optimizing combination product processes. Additional roles at Schering-Plough Corporation as a Project Manager involved managing pharmaceutical development projects, with a focus on inhaler technologies. Earlier positions included service technician roles at Sears Auto Center and project management at Optimum Controls Corporation. Brad holds multiple degrees from Penn State University, including a Master's in Quality Manufacturing and Management, and a Bachelor's in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, along with an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Northampton Community College.
