Johanna Ribeiro

Johanna Ribeiro, LL.M has extensive work experience in the legal field. Johanna is currently the Head of Legal and Compliance at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Manager at Sandoz from June 2021 to May 2022. Johanna also served as a Legal Coordinator at Roche from April 2019 to May 2021. Johanna gained experience as a Senior Lawyer- Latam (secondment) at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. from September 2018 to April 2019. Johanna pursued their LLM degree and gained experience as an LLM student at Hogan Lovells (Hamburg) and Roche Diagnostics Europe (Mannheim) in 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Lawyer at EMS from July 2016 to July 2017, and as a Legal Intern at MSD from February 2015 to July 2016. Johanna also gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern- Latam at Sanofi from January 2013 to February 2015 and as a Business Intern at Bayer from January 2010 to January 2012.

Johanna Ribeiro, LL.M has a diverse education history. Johanna obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2016. Johanna also participated in an exchange program at the University of Augsburg in 2014 as an international student. In 2018, they completed their Master of Laws (LLM) in International Legal Business from Bucerius Law School in Germany. Johanna then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused on the Pharmaceutical Industry at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they achieved certification as an "Aprovada no XVII EXAME DE ORDEM UNIFICADO" from OAB/SP in 2015. Johanna Ribeiro also attended Deutsche Berufsschule am Colegio Humboldt São Paulo for their high school education.
