Pengfei Sun

Jason Sun, Ph.D, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Pengfei (Jason) began their career at Florida International University as a Teaching Assistant in 2009 and later transitioned into a role as a Research Assistant from 2010 to 2015. In 2016, they joined IRISYS, LLC as a Quality Control Scientist and eventually ascended to the position of Analytical Team Leader from April 2017 to December 2018. Jason then served as a Senior Scientist at IRISYS, LLC from January 2019 to November 2019. Following this, they joined PPD in December 2019, where they worked as a Research Scientist, primarily focusing on analytical method development, project management, and technology innovation until January 2021. Currently, Jason is employed at Ferring Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Ferring Product Development China as of April 2022. Throughout their career, they have been involved in various responsibilities such as project management, presenting at conferences, troubleshooting, and complying with quality standards and regulations.

Pengfei (Jason) Sun, Ph.D, MBA has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Shandong University. Pengfei (Jason) also holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from Florida International University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Pengfei (Jason) has completed an MBA program at UCLA Anderson School of Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
