Shachar Gamliel has a diverse work experience in various companies. Shachar started their career in 2008 as a Finance Analyst at Numonyx, where they analyzed complex projects and performed depreciation scenario analysis. In 2010, they joined Micron Technology as a Senior Finance Analyst, where they led budget planning, managed financial performance packages, supported cost reduction projects, and consulted department managers on financial decisions. At KAMADA, from 2015 to 2019, Shachar served as a Procurement Manager and Future Products Economist, responsible for managing procurement at a manufacturing site and analyzing the economics of future products. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Bio-Technology General as a Procurement Manager and is currently working as the Head of Global Direct Procurement at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since 2023.
Shachar Gamliel completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business/Managerial from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2004 to 2007. In 2012 to 2014, Shachar studied accounting as a student at Bar-Ilan University. In 2010, Shachar also studied ethics & securities law + Securities analysis (A) at the securities and exchange commission.
