Javier Beltran

Javier Beltran has extensive experience in IT leadership and project management, having worked at Grupo México and FERROMEX since October 2009 as a Lider IT and Coordinador TI Nacional respectively. Responsibilities include planning and directing project execution across various business units and providing capabilities for automating software testing. Prior to these roles, Javier served as Gerente de Infraestructura y Sistemas at Medicall Home, where notable achievements included implementing network design and security architecture across six corporate sites and applying ITIL methodology to improve service desk efficiency. Javier's career also includes a position as Gerente de Sistemas y Seguridad at Farmacias de Similares, focusing on quality policy implementation and compliance with ISO standards. Academically, Javier holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from UDL and a PMP certification from New Horizons.
