Roger Pereira

Roger Pereira is an experienced engineering and plant management professional with a career spanning over two decades in the steel and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Engineering Manager at Ferroglobe PLC since June 2013, Roger has a strong background in operational improvement, lean manufacturing, and strategic project management. Prior roles include Continuous/Operational Improvement Manager and Manager of Flat Products at Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium, as well as Engineering Manager for the Iron Making division at Highveld Steel and Vanadium Corporation. Roger holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rand Afrikaans University and several management and project management certificates from various institutions.
