Anastasiya Minova

Anastasiya Minova has extensive experience in recruitment and talent management, currently serving as the Head Of Recruitment/Talent at Ferronordic since December 2019, and as a Recruitment and Talent Expert at Ferronordic Machines since January 2020. Prior to these roles, Anastasiya worked as an Analyst at UNITY Business Solutions from September 2018 to January 2020, and as a Training Manager at Правильные люди from December 2013 to February 2015. Anastasiya holds two Bachelor's degrees from РГАУ-МСХА им. К. А. Тимирязева, one in Professional Education in Economics and Management, and another in Human Resource Management, both obtained between 2011 and 2015.
