Ilgiz Mustafin

Ilgiz Mustafin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ilgiz started their career in 2008 as a Service Engineer at OOO "Aris" and worked there until October 2008. In 2010, they joined ZAO "Promintel-Agro" as a Sales Manager for spare parts, and worked there until September 2011.

In 2011, Mustafin joined Ferronordic Machines and held various positions including Sales Representative for spare parts from September 2011 to March 2013, Head of Sales for spare parts from March 2013 to November 2015, Manager of the Service Center from November 2015 to February 2017, and Regional Service Manager in February 2017.

Ilgiz then worked at Aztexnika LTD in the role of Service Manager from March 2017 to December 2017, before returning to Ferronordic Machines in November 2017 as the Branch Manager. Ilgiz held this position until December 2022, and then became the Acting Managing Director in January 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Managing Director at Ferronordic Machines from January 2023 onwards.

Ilgiz Mustafin attended Kazan State Agricultural Academy from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Mechanization of Agricultural Economy.
