Andy Nazaroff is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as President and Executive Vice President at Affiliated Services Group since January 2023, Andy Nazaroff focuses on helping real estate broker owners and teams enhance their business through strategic partnerships. Previously, Andy Nazaroff has held positions as a Real Estate Business Coach with Tom Ferry since June 2017 and has operated Andy Naz Consulting LLC since January 2002. As Team Lead at The Nazaroff Team brokered by eXp Realty from February 2020 to October 2023, Andy Nazaroff has played a pivotal role in guiding the team in Central California.
