Joe Mendoza has extensive experience in the real estate industry, serving as the President and Real Estate Broker of the Joe Mendoza Team since February 1998, specializing in San Diego County and Temecula. As a Top Worldwide Business Coach and Speaker for Tom Ferry International since 2004, Joe Mendoza is associated with a leading real estate coaching organization. Additionally, Joe Mendoza contributes as a Real Estate Instructor for the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® since January 2023. Previous roles include CEO and Founder of Romen Property Management and Vice President of Sales and Investments at San Diego REO Specialists, as well as a Top Producer at Prudential California Realty. Joe Mendoza also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University, awarded in 1995.
