Laureen Borgatti

Laureen believes that all clients and employees are deserving of respect and courtesy. She embodies this in her role as Way Finders Chief Operating Officer. She serves as a connecting point between the functions of each of Way Finders’ lines of business and the organization’s strategic goals.

Laureen’s strategic leadership provides a strong foundation for the organization’s staff and the support necessary to help achieve Way Finders’ mission. In addition to her role as Chief Operating Officer, Laureen sits on the board of directors for the new Housing Navigator, an initiative led by the Kuehn Charitable Foundation to develop an online search tool that will give people with low and moderate incomes the ability to quickly find available, affordable rental units anywhere in Massachusetts. She also sits on the Board of Directors of the Human Service Forum, a membership organization that assists members in better addressing the needs of the people they serve throughout the Pioneer Valley.
