Debbie Montjean

Debbie Montjean, PhD, is an accomplished IVF Laboratory Director at the Centre de procréation FERTILYS since November 2021. Previously, Debbie served as Deputy of the ESHRE SIG Embryology at the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology from July 2015 to July 2022 and held various roles in assisted reproductive medicine at Hôpital Saint Joseph between 2012 and November 2021. Early career experience includes working as a Research Associate at Unilabs from 2011 to 2012 and as a PhD student at Institut Pasteur / Laboratoire d'Eylau Unilabs from 2007 to 2011. Academic credentials include multiple master's degrees in Reproductive and Developmental Biology and Assisted Reproductive Technologies, along with a Research Doctorate in Biologie de la reproduction. Certifications as a Senior Clinical Embryologist and Clinical Embryologist were obtained from the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology in 2021 and 2017, respectively.
