Cissy Wu has a diverse range of work experience in various marketing and communication roles. Cissy began their career at AST Computer as an Assistant in the Administrative Department. Cissy then worked at Compaq as an Assistant in the Major Account Business Unit. Cissy then transitioned to Dynamic, where they served as a Marketing Communication Manager. Cissy continued their career at Red Flag Software Co.,Ltd. as a Product Marketing Manager. Next, they joined Cabletron Systems as a Marketing Communication Manager. Cissy then worked at Apple as a Marketing Communication Manager in the Education and Government Account division. Cissy also had roles at FESCO, where they served as a Marketing Manager, and later became the Director of Marketing for FESCO Adecco China. Cissy 'smost recent role was as the Branding and PR Director at FESCO Adecco (外企德科).

Cissy Wu obtained their EMBA degree in the field of EMBA from Fudan University from 2012 to 2014.
