Karen Ross

Karen Ross has a professional diploma in user experience and research and 15+ years of working in user experience, software and digital transformation. From 2001 to 2018, they worked at Richard Barber & Company as a Senior Digital Designer, creating digital on-line products from design through to full web front-end development. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at VENN DIGITAL LIMITED as a UX/UI Lead & Front End Developer, leading design research and usability testing. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Planixs as Head Of User Experience, leading UX/UI projects and applications either from concept or reassessment through to engineering-flow collaboration with developers, business analysts, testers and product owners. Currently, they are working at Fetch.ai Network as a Product Designer, passionate about solving user's problems and creating easy-to-use products, services and software through research, strategy, process methodologies and hands-on design.

Karen Ross attended the Proctor Gallagher Institute from 2018 to 2021, where they participated in the Thinking into Results Self Leadership Programme. In 2019, they also completed the Design Sprint Masterclass at AJ & Smart. From 2018 to 2019, they completed the Professional Diploma in UX Design at the UX Design Institute, with a focus on UX Design & Research.
