Obaid Alzaabi

Obaid Alzaabi has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in both the security sector and IT. Currently, Obaid serves as a member of the Emirates Entrepreneurs Association and as an angel investor for multiple companies, including Fetchr and Melltoo Klassifriends. Previous roles include security professional and various positions in the Department of Finance in Abu Dhabi, notably as Head Section of Quality and Control in the IT Department, where Obaid managed QA governance and represented the Quality Management System. Additional experience includes roles as a team leader and senior business analyst within the Department of Finance and earlier positions as a programmer at the Customs Department and store keeper at the Ministry of Communication. Obaid holds a Master’s degree in Executive Public Administration from Zayed University and a Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce from the Higher College of Technology in Abu Dhabi.
