Maik Dankert

Maik Dankert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maik began their career in 2004 as a System Administrator in the German Navy, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, they joined Cepemax as a Student Assistant, gaining valuable experience before transitioning to Daimler AG as an Intern in Qualitymanagement from August 2014 to January 2015. Following this, in 2015, Maik joined Fette Compacting GmbH, where they held various roles including Quality Engineer and Head of Quality Assurance.

Maik Dankert has a diverse education history. Maik began their educational journey in 2005 at Berufsfortbildungswerk Schleswig-Holstein Nord, where they pursued a degree in IT specialist in system integration and successfully obtained an IHK-Gesellenbrief in 2006. Building upon this foundation, they went on to study at Jade Hochschule from 2012 to 2016, focusing on Mechanical Engineering and earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Seeking further expertise, Maik pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Manufacturing Management at Leuphana University of Lüneburg, where they studied from 2017 to 2019.
