Reed Overfelt

Reed Overfelt currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of FEV Tutor, guiding a personalized tutoring program for K-12 students. Previously, Reed functioned as an Operating Executive at Alpine Investors and was the Group CEO at Redwood Software, overseeing global operations and strategy for a multinational team serving over 8,000 customers. Reed has a proven track record of leading successful acquisitions and transformations in multiple companies, including Advanced Systems Concepts, Inc. and JSCAPE, both of which became industry leaders under Reed's leadership prior to their acquisition by Redwood Software. Earlier roles include positions as Chief Growth Officer at Aurea Software and CEO at GAN Integrity, WishWould.com, FullQuota, and Penrocket. Reed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration in Finance from the University of Montana.
