Caroline Wood has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Caroline most recently worked at Fever-Tree as the Head of Marketing for Australia since October 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Marketing Manager at Casella Family Brands from August 2016 to September 2019. Caroline also has experience as a Brand Manager at Lion from July 2015 to August 2016, and as a Marketing Manager at Pernod Ricard from July 2012 to January 2015. Earlier in their career, Caroline worked as an Account Director at gyro from 2007 to 2012 and as an Account Manager at Dowell Stubbs from 2005 to 2007. Caroline began their professional journey as an English language teacher in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) from 2002 to 2003. Caroline also has experience in project leadership and new product launch, specifically for ABSOLUT Vodka, during their time at Brand Ambassadors from 2004 to 2005.

Caroline Wood completed their education at various institutions. Caroline began their academic journey at The High School of Glasgow from 1983 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Modern Languages MA Hons degree and achieved a 2:1 at the University of St Andrews from 1997 to 2002. In 2017, Caroline obtained the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Moreover, in 2018, they acquired the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines from the same institution. Lastly, they completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2020, specializing in Marketing.
