Nicole Kjær Lively

Nicole Kjær Lively has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of human resources and finance. Nicole is currently serving as an Interim Human Resources Director at FFUN Group, where they previously held roles as a Human Resources Manager - Strategic Projects and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Evive Nutrition.

Before transitioning to the field of human resources, Nicole worked at Yoga Well as the Head of Human Resources & Finance and later as the Head of Finance. Nicole also gained experience as a Project Lead Corporate Services (Consultant) at ng-voice GmbH.

Nicole has government experience as well, having served as a Senior Financial Planning Budget Officer and Recovery Coordinator for Government of Alberta Projects. Nicole held similar roles earlier in their career as a Financial Planning Budget Officer at the same organization.

In between their government positions, Nicole took a travel break. Overall, Nicole Kjær Lively has a strong background in human resources and finance, with a focus on strategic projects and budget planning.

Nicole Kjær Lively holds a Masters in Human Resources Management (MHR) - Honours With Distinction from BEBS Barcelona Executive Business School, obtained between 2021 and 2022. Nicole also has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) - Honours With Distinction degree in Finance and Strategic Management and Organization from the University of Alberta, completed from 2007 to 2011.
