Aaron Rehm

Aaron Rehm has extensive experience in network operations and project management, currently serving as Network Operations Center Manager at Ballantyne Strong since March 2010, overseeing a team of NOC Technicians and Customer Service Agents. Aaron's responsibilities include enhancing customer relations, managing projects, and implementing processes to improve responsiveness, along with spearheading network alerts and performance metrics. Previous roles at Ballantyne Strong include Operations Planning Manager and Lighting Project Manager, where inventory management and large-scale digital cinema installations were coordinated. Prior to this, Aaron held various positions at Christie Digital Systems, BLM Technologies, TEKsystems, and the United States Air Force, developing a strong foundation in customer service, technical support, and data analysis.
