Olivia then joined Signpost as a Sales Recruiter, specializing in recruiting top sales talent in the Saas space. After that, Olivia worked at Maesa as a Manager of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, where they focused on designing and manufacturing exclusive brands and providing outsourcing solutions for beauty brands. Olivia then joined MacAndrews & Forbes as a Recruiter, supporting the company's objective of building, running, and growing great businesses. Olivia's most recent role is at FGI, where they serve as an Associate Director, contributing to the company's global leadership in commercial finance and services by providing flexible and customized lending and risk mitigation solutions to small and medium enterprises.
