Troy Kerr, AIA has a strong background in architecture with several years of experience in various roles. Additionally, they were a Guest Student at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan in 2004, focusing on Architecture.

In terms of certifications, Troy obtained their CPTED Certified Practitioner certification from Florida Atlantic University in December 2019. Troy also holds the Construction Documents Technologist certification from The Construction Specifications Institute, which they obtained in April 2012. Troy is a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialization in Building Design and Construction, certified by The Green Building Certification Institute in April 2006. Troy is also a Licensed Architect in the State of Illinois, having obtained this credential in November 2012.
