Tom Williams, PHR CCP SHRM-CP, has over 20 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition. Tom began their career in 1995 as a Senior Provider Recruitment Specialist at FOCUS Healthcare Management, where they were responsible for recruiting providers and facilities for one of the largest workers' compensation PPO networks in the nation. In 2000, Tom joined Community Health Systems as a Senior Director, HR & Talent Acquisition, where they focused on talent acquisition for high-level positions and implemented strategic HR initiatives such as talent management and workforce planning. Since 2015, Tom has been working at FGP International as the VP Healthcare Executive Talent Acquisition, where they provide executive search, temporary staffing, IT staffing, HR consulting, and outplacement services to clients, helping them build successful and enduring companies.

Tom Williams, PHR CCP SHRM-CP, began their education at Lipscomb University in 1991 and completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management in 1995. Tom later obtained additional certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and became a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
