Christopher Gardner, J.D., Broker, MLO, Author has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. Christopher began their career in 1995 as a Senior Loan Officer and California Real Estate Broker at Emerald Mortgage Corporation. In 2002, they became the Owner/Broker of Discovery Mortgage & Real Estate. Since 2009, they have been the CEO and Founder of FHA PROS, LLC, the nation's leading condominium project approval firm for FHA and VA. FHAPROS is also the leader in condominium data and employs a search by address technology for professionals to know what type of financing is available for a given unit, in addition to producing data of reverse eligible seniors in both approved condominiums and Single Unit Eligible projects.

Christopher Gardner, J.D, Broker, MLO, Author received their Juris Doctor from California Southern University in 1995, majoring in Law. Christopher also attended California State University, Northridge between 1986 and 1988, studying Business Administration and minoring in Spanish. Gardner obtained their Residential Mortgage Lender certification from the NMLS in 2021 and their California Real Estate Broker certification from the California Department of Real Estate in 1997.
