Matthew Hurley

Matt Hurley supervises the work of FHE’s case managers, who assist patients with legal, employment, and other life issues so patients can keep their focus on getting well. Mr. Hurley is responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures that guide the provision of these care coordination services. He and his team play a supportive role throughout the treatment process: They encourage individuals to meet their personal goals and, upon discharge, work with patients and families to assemble an aftercare plan that suits their needs.
