Lisa Piazzese

Lisa Piazzese has a extensive work experience in the retail and home improvement industry. Lisa currently serves as the Director of Operations at FHIA Remodeling, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Sears Home Services as the Director of South East from 2020 to 2022, where they managed a team of General Managers and associates across the Southeast of the US and Puerto Rico. Lisa also had a significant tenure at Sears, where they held various positions including General Manager from 2017 to 2020 and District Service Manager from 2013 to 2017. Lisa began their career at Circuit City Stores, Inc. in 1993, where they served as a Regional Service Manager until 2007. Overall, Lisa Piazzese has demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills throughout their career in the retail industry.

Lisa Piazzese completed their education at various institutions. Lisa attended Broward College from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Criminal Justice. Following that, they enrolled at Florida Atlantic University and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from 1993 to 1995. During the same period at Florida Atlantic University, Lisa also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Pre Law.

In addition to their formal education, Lisa Piazzese holds two additional certifications. In 2012, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Sears. In 2010, they received the Influencer certification from VitalSmarts.
