Marian Stevens, SPHR has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Marian Stevens, currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at FHLBanks Office of Finance since May 2023. Marian began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at ICF International, where they assisted in various HR functions.

Marian Stevens, SPHR, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from American University. Marian Stevens, also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from George Mason University - School of Business. In 2012, Marian obtained a certificate in Leadership from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Additionally, they hold several certifications including BTS Leadership Facilitator and Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, which they obtained in July 2016. Marian also obtained the Voices 360 certification from Korn Ferry in July 2016. In December 2013, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
