Tom Lotito

Tom Lotito has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Diversity, Inclusion, and Outreach at FHLBanks Office of Finance since February 2023, Tom previously held the position of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Eversheds Sutherland, where responsibilities included managing communications and development programs for diverse populations. Notably, Tom launched the inaugural diversity and inclusion program at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation and served as a founding board member of Pride in Federal Service, fostering connections among LGBTQ+ federal employees. With a background as Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Tom spearheaded initiatives to enhance intercultural competence and inclusion across various departments. Educationally, Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Literature from The George Washington University, supplemented by studies at Nanzan University.
