Anurag Patnaik

Anurag Patnaik has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Anurag currently serves as a People & Culture Lead at Fi. Previously, they worked as a People Strategy professional at cure.fit (cult.fit) and as a Director of Human Resources at Unacademy. In these roles, they led and managed teams, provided business partnering support, and oversaw HR functions for large organizations. Prior to that, Anurag held various roles at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, including National Manager of Diversity & Inclusion, Manager of Services HR, Factory HR Manager, and Management Trainee. Anurag also gained experience as a Summer Intern at the same company. Anurag started their career as a SAP Basis Administrator at Tata Consultancy Services. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as strategy formulation, recruitment, project management, change management, HR systems implementation, compliance, and employee training and development.

Anurag Patnaik completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) from 2013 to 2015. Anurag also holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from C.V Raman College of Engineering, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010.
