Rashi Balachandran

Rashi Balachandran is a UX Researcher currently working at Fi since September 2022, previously holding the position of UX Researcher at BetterPlace Select, where focus was on building a user-centric lens for an HRMS product aimed at the Next Billion Users segment. Rashi has experience in planning and executing generative and evaluative research studies across multiple B2C product pods and has contributed to the development of systems and processes to enhance research operations. Prior to BetterPlace Select, Rashi served as Chapter Secretary for the Srishti SIGCHI Chapter and gained practical experience through internships at Being User and Sideways Consulting. Rashi holds a B.Des in Human Centered Design from Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology, and a CBSE degree from RN Podar School.
