Serdar Yılmaz

Born in 1973, Serdar Yılmaz graduated from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 1995, and completed his master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same university in 1998. In 2012-2014, he completed his MBA at Istanbul Bilgi University. He started his professional career in 1995 at Türkiye İş Bankası Software Development Department as a Software Specialist. Application Architect and Project Manager in 1998-2004, Program Manager in Softtech between 2004-2008, IT Architecture Manager in Türkiye İş Bankası between 2008-2011, IT Architecture and Business Intelligence Manager in 2011-2012 Türkiye İş Bankası, 2012-2015 Turkey Business Bank IT Architecture and Data Management Manager and since 2015, Türkiye İş Bankası Chief Data Officer, He served as the Data Management Department Manager. Yılmaz also served as Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik Board Member from 2015 to 2020 and as the Artificial Intelligence Field Leader of Türkiye İş Bankası since 2019. Joining Fibabanka as of September 2020, Yılmaz continues to serve as Deputy General Manager of Information Technologies and Banking Operations.
