Volkan Turan

Volkan Turan is an accomplished professional in the gaming industry, currently serving as a Mentor at Tech İstanbul and İTÜ Çekirdek, as well as Co-Founder at GameDev. With extensive experience as the Managing Director of Fiber Games and the Founder of Dayak Kulübü, a prominent Turkish Fighting Game Community, Volkan has a strong background in organizing competitive gaming events. Previous roles include Editor in Chief at Oyungezer Online and Head of Warface Turkey Publishing Operation at Crytek, with additional experience in gaming journalism and management at various companies. Volkan has a Master's degree in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Management from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Anadolu University.
