Chris Rollinson

Chris Rollinson is an experienced applications and manufacturing engineer currently working at Fiber Optic Center since August 2013, focusing on the installation of fiber optic test equipment and engineer training. Prior to this, Chris was the proprietor of Rollinson Scientific from 2006 to August 2013, providing reliability consulting services with clients such as Neophotonics and Abbott. Chris's earlier roles included program management for swept wavelength systems at JDSU Ottawa from 1997 to 2006 and technical sales for Bruel & Kjaer from 1983 to 1997, specializing in noise, shock, and vibration instrumentation. Chris started a career at Pratt & Whitney Canada as a senior engineer in aircraft engine vibration shortly after earning a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Leeds between 1972 and 1974.
