John Day has extensive experience in the field of IT. John began their career at Nebraska Public Power District as a Computer Help Desk Support. John then worked as an IT Consultant at Mac Technicians, specializing in Windows server and desktop support. At TradeWeb, Inc, they served as a Systems Administrator, providing co-location and server support for clients. John continued their IT consulting roles at Adaptech, where they focused on setting up servers, data migration, and desktop support for small businesses in the Greater Orlando area.

Moving forward, John joined The RetroTechs as an IT Professional Consultant, specializing in Apple hardware and software support. John implemented desktops and servers for various clients and provided cross-platform support. As an IT Consultant at Place Properties, they assisted in setting up an independent IT infrastructure when the company split from Peak Campus. John also implemented a new Office 365 environment to simplify operations.

John then took on the role of IT Director at Berlin Atlantic Capital, where they managed the IT needs of a growing office, including office setup, wiring, and conference room setup. John coordinated with colleagues in the Berlin office to implement IT policies. John later became Senior VP of Information Technologies at CIG Wireless, leading the establishment of CIG's own IT infrastructure separate from the Berlin Atlantic Capital family of companies.

Following that, John joined Vertical Bridge as an Interim IT Project Manager, overseeing the migration and merger of CiG Wireless to Vertical Bridge. John managed the transition of users and IT systems.

Currently, John is working at FiberLight, LLC as the IT Director of Security and Infrastructure. John previously held positions as IT Infrastructure Manager and IT Infrastructure Administrator within the same company.

John Day received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they attended from 1994 to 1999.
