Sheila McWilliams, CFS, currently serves as the Regional Sales Manager at Fiberstar, Inc. since 2020, while also operating as an Independent Consultant at Wellness Designed Consulting LLC and owning Epistle Candles since October 2018. Sheila McWilliams holds a Master of Science in Food Science and a Bachelor of Science in Food Biochemistry, both obtained from the University of California, Davis.
