Jens Rusborg

Jens Rusborg has extensive experience in process and quality engineering, currently serving as a Process and Quality Engineer at Fibertex Personal Care A/S since 2010, focusing on process optimization, inspection technology innovation, and training for production teams. Prior to this role, Jens spent two decades at FORCE Technology in various capacities, including Consultant, Department Manager for Polymers and Composite Materials, and R&D Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed technology innovation, global inspection operations management, and education of engineers and technicians. Jens holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Aalborg University, along with multiple specialized certifications in vision inspection and non-destructive testing.
