Jeff Winter P.e.

Jeff Winter, P.E. is an accomplished Project Engineer at FICCADENTI WAGGONER and CASTLE Structural Engineers since December 2013, bringing extensive expertise in structural engineering. Previously, Jeff served as a Civil Engineer at BLUEWater Design Group from June 2011 to November 2013, where responsibilities included managing the planning, layout, and design of marinas and waterfront developments, along with the preparation of design calculations, plans, specifications, and construction documents. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed between 2005 and 2012. Jeff is a graduate of San Gorgonio High School, having studied there from 2001 to 2005.
